## Formula

A linear pair are two angles

that are adjacent

and that form a line together.

If ∠1 and ∠2 are a linear pair,

then m∠1 + m∠2 = 180.

Unlike supplementary angles,

the angles of a linear pair are adjacent to each other.

13x + 7x = 20x

+1 + 19 = +20

Move +20 to the right side.
